Donohoo Dunnit – On-Hold

When Chris Zubroski contacted us for an on-hold program at Donohoo Steel Treating a couple of years ago, we were thrilled. Chris risen through the ranks and had recently become its owner! He knew our style from hearing our creative messaging when he made calls to his clients. So, he said: “Who is that nut job?” He sounds perfect for Donohoo.”

Terry Loder Creative delivered a powerful new branding statement along with a strong on-hold program that continually had his callers asking to be put on hold to hear more. “Who is that guy?” was the frequent question. Moving forward, it was time for an update. Would it be as good as that first one?

Chris put that to rest when he said he had heard comments about it “the day it went onto the system” Yup. The very first day. How about your business. Ready to get “Runnin Hot” like Donohoo Steel Treating? We’re ready to light the fire.

DAB – No-one Will Ever Know Radio

Dave Dunn owns and operates Dave’s Auto Body – Galesburg. When you bust your vehicle, DAB is all over that sucker. When it’s completely repaired, no one will ever know you broke it. Terry Loder Creative just delivered 3 30 second super spots to Dave. “Bad Botox” points out that you really roll the dice if you don’t let DAB do your collision repair. 10 Stars of Excellence has a little fun with a new term for the best of the best. Then, take an Interstellar journey into collision repair with “Better Than a Replicator” … But DAB isn’t science fiction. Thanks to the Dunn one for the continuation of our collaborations. WE HAD A BLAST! BTW When you call Dave’s, you might get a taste of TLC’s on-hold program. It’ll wreck ya!!

Terry is all about jingles, radio spots, on hold messaging and other media projects. But with the completion of The Gypsy Was Right, it seemed appropriate to send it along to Bob Dorr, who recently retired from his Blue Band, but is still producing his radio program for Iowa Public Radio. His response to the track was immediate so we hope his audience responds well to the song. It was produced by Jeffrey Loder and includes some all star support Chris Noth on slide guitar, 4 time Emmy winner Leonard Wolf on B3 organ and piano. Jeff rounded it out with the bass and drums with Terry on the lead vocal.
