DRONE FLIES THE FRIENDLY PLATINUM SKIES
TLC President Terry Loder recently teamed up with Andrey Arkhipov’s production company, flixpress of Davenport, to fly the friendly fields of Platinum Design & Development’s new Sunset West project. When completed, a series of beautiful custom built homes will welcome new homeowners. Sunset West promises to become one of Bettendorf’s premium residential neighborhoods. Terry Loder Creative and flixpress will complete two more aerial sequences in the development’s time line. All 3 before during and after aerials will be edited into a video for Platinum’s marketing program. Platinum is owned by Darrell and David Iossi and a 3rd partner: Craig Meincke.
