TALKING TRUCKS IN MINNESOTA FIND THEIR VOICE AT TLC

12|20|14

Dan’s Diesel and Towing in Sunburg MN kept asking us production questions. Can you create a strong on hold message program? How about radio spots? Can you give me a great new corporate logo? Our response was yes, yes and yes. Now Dan and Jennifer Prahl have powerful marketing tools in place for both Sunburg and their new Wilmar location. That’s the new corporate logo above. The radio spots, with creative concepts based on 2 talking trucks, gets you out on the road figuratively. Listen to the 60 “Diesels Talk” under the TLC Radio banner on the home page. Now on the phone, on the radio and on all Dan’s signage, you see branding by TLC that puts them on the road, to success. Now, how about a jingle to go along with all of that?

TOP REALTOR CONNECTS WITH TLC

Mel Foster Co is one of the top realtors in North America. They are meticulous about their corporate marketing process, including their telephone on hold presence. So, when they chose TLC to update their existing program, we were glad to welcome them back “home”. (Terry had written their previous program, jingle and TV spots at his former agency.)

So, now, we’re thrilled to have MFC make their on hold move with us. As always, our goal was to reflect the overall personality of the company with strong creative and TLC’s  professional audio signature. Working to reach just the right content went smoothly and resulted in a targeted program and carefully crafted music mix.  We thought we nailed it.  But it’s the client’s opinion that counts, so we looked forward to the reaction with interest.

The best compliments are unsolicited, and are often a brief spontaneous burst of appreciation for your work. That’s exactly how Kris Ratigan, Mel Foster Co Marketing Manager assessed the colaboration: “Love the music! Great voice!” How are we gonna top that?

DES MOINES SEED COMPANY IS FOR THE BIRDS

04|13|14

Since 1944, Des Moines Seed Company (DMC) has been calling birds to dinner. Customers from all over North America feed their cage and wild birds with premium quality products from DSC. But their customers didn’t all appreciate the music they would hear on hold when they called to order. Some got downright cranky and hung up! Something had to be done.

So the boss had new VP Chris Beach initiate a search for someone who could make the on hold experience a whole lot better. Turns out, they heard Terry’s voice on a customer’s message and that was it. Chris called Terry and the first of four new MOH programs is informing callers with great music and highly creative messaging. Complaints about the old music are gone. We’re even recruiting a few hungry birds to sing along. The boss is happy. Customers are happy. The birds are happy. It’s all music to our ears.
