Jeff Lee at J & R Service Center in Gardner, Illinois had heard a lot about Terry Loder Creative’s on hold message programs from his friend Buck Monson at Monson Truck & Trailer Repair. He should know. He’s had Terry produce about a dozen on hold programs; each one slightly wacky and interesting enough that Monson phone staff often heard “Put me back on hold for a minute” Now, Mr. Lee has proof of TLC’s capabilities. J & R Service Center features our latest on-hold creation. We thoroughly enjoyed working on it too. Jeff follows Buck’s advice: “Give em the information and get out of the way.” The result is an 8-minute music and message performance that’s now ruling the phone system and entertaining J & R’s callers.
